LEGAL OVERVIEW 

Triple Threat LLC operates two divisions under one company umbrella: 

  1. Triple Threat Detailing — providing mobile and on-site professional vehicle detailing services. 
  2. Triple Threat Expense Tracker — a digital financial management platform offering expense tracking, group payments, and budgeting tools. 

Both divisions follow the same Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, with separate sections below outlining their specific terms. 

By using our website, booking a service, or using our financial app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. 

 

 

PART A — Triple Threat Detailing Services 

  1. Service Overview

Triple Threat Detailing provides interior and exterior vehicle detailing, waxing, and specialty cleaning services. Services are performed at your home or designated location. 

  1. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or direct message. 

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. 

We may refuse service for unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions. 

  • Cancellations: No fees anytime. 
  • Weather Policy: If weather prevents service, we’ll reschedule without penalty. 
  • Pricing: Prices vary by vehicle size, condition, and service type. 

  1. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service. 

We accept cash or digital payments.

  1. Liability and Vehicle Condition

You must disclose pre-existing damage before detailing begins. Triple Threat Detailing is not liable for: 

  • Pre-existing defects or damage 
  • Personal items left inside the vehicle 
  • Results affected by material age or wear 

Please inspect your vehicle before completion to ensure satisfaction. 

  1. Service Areas

We operate primarily in Homer Glen, Illinois and surrounding regions. 

Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Threat Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of income or time). 

 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the detailing service in question. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, text, media, and branding) is the property of Triple Threat Services and may not be used or reproduced without written consent. 

 

 

PART B — Triple Threat Expense Tracker 

  1. Service Description

Triple Threat Expense Tracker provides tools to track expenses, manage group budgets, analyze spending, and suggest settlements. 

The Service is intended for finance tracking only — not for financial, tax, or investment advice. 

  1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old. 

Minors under 18 must have parental consent. 

  1. Account Responsibilities

You agree to: 

  • Provide accurate account information 
  • Keep your credentials secure 
  • Notify us of unauthorized access 

We are not responsible for unauthorized account use. 

  1. Subscription Plans, Group Pricing, and Payments

Triple Threat offers Free, Premium, and Pro plans, as well as Group trackers.

Certain features — like group tracking, advanced analytics, and receipt scanning — may require a paid subscription. 

  • Billing and Payment Processing

 All payments are handled securely through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or app stores). 

 By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled. 

 Fees are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law. 

  • Free Trial

 All new paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. 

 Billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled before renewal. 

  • Group Tracker Pricing

 Groups start at $4.99/month for up to five (5) members. 

 Each additional member adds $0.99/month to the total cost. 

 Only the group owner is billed. Members join for free using a code. 

 Admins are notified before any billing change when new members join. 

  • Referral Program

 After subscribing to Premium or Pro, users receive a personal referral code. 

 When another user subscribes using this code, both users receive one (1) free month. 

 After that, regular billing resumes automatically. 

 Referral credits do not stack beyond one free month per billing cycle. 

  • Price Updates

 We may adjust pricing or features with prior notice. 

 Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

  1. User Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of your financial data. 

You grant Triple Threat permission to process and analyze your data for service functionality and improvement. 

We do not sell or publicly share identifiable personal data. 

  1. Banking Integrations

If you link accounts through banking APIs, you authorize secure, read-only access to your transaction data. 

We never initiate or move funds on your behalf. 

  1. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: 

  • Commit fraud or unlawful acts 
  • Reverse-engineer or hack the platform 
  • Use it for lending, investment, or business operations 

  1. Data Security

We use encryption, secure servers, and controlled access to protect your information. 

However, no online system is 100% secure — you use the Service at your own risk. 

  1. Disclaimers

Triple Threat Services provides informational tools only. 

 We make no guarantee regarding accuracy or outcomes of financial analysis. 

  1. Data Loss Disclaimer

While we take reasonable measures to secure and back up user data, Triple Threat Services does not guarantee that your information will always be available or retrievable. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data, including but not limited to financial records, transactions, receipts, or settings, whether caused by technical failure, unauthorized access, or user actions. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important information entered into the Service. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: 

  • Financial loss, inaccuracies, or third-party errors 
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service. 

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations. 

 Upon termination, data may be deleted under our retention policy. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. 

  1. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use signifies acceptance.
