Credit System & Referral Program

We use in-app credits as a way to purchase your subscriptions. Take advantage of these programs to essentially use the app at a discounted price!

**App is currently in beta version. The credit system will soon be available for purchase. Referrals will be available once we officially launch**

Credits

Credits are the in-app currency where $1 = 1 credit.
- For example, you can purchase the Premium Plan for $2.99/mo, and if you have credits available, it can be applied to the purchase to discount your payments. If you have 2 credits in your account, your bill for the month will be $0.99. If you have 3 (or more), your credits will cover your payment for the month.
- Credits can be used for any paid plan (not available for purchasing more credits)

Credits can be purchased or obtained from a referral
- Credit Purchase - There will be preset options to purchase credits in the pricing portion of the app.
  - Credits cannot be used to purchase other credits
  - For larger purchases, there will be a larger discount for the credits.
What is the best way to save using Credits?
- By purchasing credits, there are many ways to save on our plans. See an example below
  - A 30 credit purchase is $25.99, which is essentially saving $4 worth of credits. If you purchase these credits in advance, you can directly apply it to something like the annual billing for premium, which is $29.99/yr. Compare the difference by credit purchases:
    - Save $4 by purchasing 30 credits for $25.99 and applying it to $29.99/yr - Premium Plan
    - Save $10 by purchasing 30 credits for $25.99 and switch to annual billing instead of using $2.99/mo - Premium plan monthly billing (which would total $35.88 over the 12 months)

A referral in our app is giving someone your personal 8-digit "referral code" found in your profile after you purchase a plan, and that user enters in the code in the "referral code" box when they make their purchase.
Only users who currently have a paid plan (premium, pro, or the admin of a group tracker), will have access to a referral code to share

Both users (giver of code and user of code) will receive credits once the new user makes their first payment. The amount of credits received will be equal to the value of the plan they purchased.
- For example, if the user uses a referral code and purchases the premium plan for $2.99/mo, they will have a 7-day free trial (if they haven't previously used it with a different plan). Once the trial ends and the $2.99 payment goes through, both users will receive 3 credits into their account, available to use for a purchase immediately.
- Note: credits cannot be used for the first payment if a referral code has been entered. A real payment has to go through at the end of the 7-day free trial for credits to be received from the referral
- 7-day free trial is cancellable anytime prior to the first payment, and no credits will be received if the subscription is cancelled before the first payment
