Accessing the Menu

When you look at the tabs for the sections, one of the options will be More, and it opens a sidebar menu with the following options:

  • Your name, email, and number of credits ("+" to buy more)
  • Notifications - see this page for more info on your notifications
  • Tracker settings (accessible when you're in a tracker) - view all your settings for the tracker, with group codes, managing categories, and more (see personal or group settings page)
  • Profile - see more info below
  • General settings - update notification/email preferences, appearance, exporting data, and more
  • Help & Support - ask questions, send feedback
  • Terms & Privacy - Access to terms of service and privacy policy documents
  • Logout 

Profile

Access all your personal information here:

  • Credits - Shows your credits and option to get more
  • Subscription - Your current plan and option to change plans, which will take you to the "Plans and Prices" page. See Subscription Details here.
    • You will also see a "Cancel" button to cancel your subscription immediately (to cancel groups, go to your group settings)
  • If you have the an upgraded subscription, your referral code will appear underneath. See more info in the Credit System page
  • Payment Methods - Update your payment method for future payments, as well as using credits for future bills
  • Billing - Shows future and past statements (more info in link to that page)
  • Connected Bank Accounts (coming soon) - Update/view your connected accounts when you have the "Automation" subscription
  • Account Information - Change your name, email, or security question
  • Change Password - Option to change your password. You will be send an email with a code, which you must enter to change your password
  • Delete My Account - Ability to delete your account. You cannot be the admin of any tracker, and any groups with your information will still show as a "deleted" user. All your subscriptions will be canceled immediately. You will lose your account permanently.
